Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative WordPress Developer Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites for clients across various industries. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in modern website development, plugins, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites using themes and plugins.
  • Customize existing themes and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist in creating responsive layouts using HTML, CSS, and basic PHP.
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile compatibility.
  • Integrate contact forms, chat widgets, analytics, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Test and debug websites across browsers and devices.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of WordPress CMS (themes, plugins, and customizations).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP.
  • Familiarity with Elementor / Divi / Gutenberg editors.
  • Understanding of SEO basics and website optimization.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A keen eye for design and attention to detail.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with WooCommerce or website speed optimization.
  • Familiarity with website migration or hosting setups (cPanel / FTP).
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) is a plus.
