Your Mission (The Role):
You will be the first point of contact for students and parents. Your job is to move them from
“Confusion” to “Clarity” and followup with them to close sale of myAarohan services:

• The Guide: Follow up with students who have taken our preliminary quizzes or attended webinars.
• The Bridge: Speak to students and parents to explain the value of scientific career counseling over “Sharma Ji’s advice.”
• The Closer: Schedule assessments and expert counseling sessions for our senior psychologists.
• The Listener: Understand family aspirations and fears, and position MyAarohan as their trusted partner.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Communication Ninja: You can switch from talking cool with a Class 10 student to talking respectfully with a worried parent instantly.
• Thick Skin: You don’t get discouraged by a “No.” You see it as a “Not yet.”
• Empathy: You understand that Indian parents aren’t “controlling,” they are just “worried.” You know how to reassure them.
• Language: Fluent in English & Hindi (Regional language is a plus).
