Job Description

Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • Visual Creation: Conceptualize and create visually compelling graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
  • Brand Alignment: Translate project requirements and brand guidelines into engaging visual designs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and content teams to develop creative assets that align with campaign objectives.
  • Asset Production: Utilize design software to produce high-quality illustrations, logos, and other visual elements.
  • Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the organization’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
  • Communication Design: Assist in the creation of presentations, infographics, and other visual communication tools.
  • Brainstorming: Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new creative concepts and visual strategies.
  • Asset Organization: Archive and organize design assets for future use and reference.

Requirements:

  • Design Tools: Mastery of Canva is mandatory; familiarity with other design suites is a plus.
  • Creativity: A keen eye for layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Efficiency: Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, impactful visual content.
  • Adaptability: Ready to adjust designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.
