We work with cutting-edge technologies across real-world repositories and help shape how the next generation of AI models learn and improve. Our team of 25+ engineers is passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI evaluation, code generation, and agentic workflows.

Job Summary: We are looking for motivated Software Development Engineers who can contribute to building internal tools, evaluation frameworks, and data pipelines that power AI model training. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of software engineering and artificial intelligence, solving real-world problems across open-source ecosystems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Write, test, and debug clean, efficient code in Python/JavaScript across internal tools and client projects
  • Review and evaluate code changes from open-source repositories and assist in building evaluation frameworks for AI model training data
  • Participate in daily code reviews, write technical documentation, and collaborate with the team on project deliverables
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts, APIs, and data pipelines
  • Research and implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control workflows
  • Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
  • Ability to read, understand, and work with large codebases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Python, JavaScript, or any modern programming language
  • Git and GitHub (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
  • Problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and web development basics
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts is a plus but not mandatory
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and give 100%
